We would be delighted to have you visit our campus and meet our faculty and students, sit in on a class and tour our program and research facilities. If you already in the Boise area, please call or stop by our business office located in room 105A of the Science Building and we’d be happy to set up a tour.
Alternatively, we host a couple of group Campus Visit Days in the summer and fall where you can meet faculty and students, and tour campus and our research facilities. During these events, your lodging is paid for, as well as lunch with current graduate students and an evening meal with faculty. You only need provide your transportation to Boise. If you are interested, please contact the program coordinator, Beth Gee, for available dates.
The program sponsors a limited number of campus visits during our Preview Weekend. These expense paid visits are typically reserved for domestic students being considered or already admitted into the program. These visits are a great way to meet our faculty, visit with fellow graduate students, get a feel for our campus and experience life in Boise. Located along the Boise River and nestled against foothills, Boise offers many outdoor activities within a short distance such as backpacking and skiing in the high country, mountain biking, boating, or fishing in pristine waters.
For international students who are interested in chatting with a program representative, please contact the program’s administrative office to schedule.
